Once you submit your information to us, one of our dedicated salesman will reach out within 24 hours to discuss your project.  They will gather more information from your like do you already own the land or are you still looking for land. They will ask questions like do you have plans, do you want to buy one of our plans or do you want to start from scratch? Next they will schedule either a site visit on your property or a meeting in our office depending on if you have the property or not. From here we will present you with a "rough budget" based on the size of house you are wanting and the land.  If that budget is within your range we will start helping you with the next steps either with plans or securing land and septic permit.   

After the initial consultation, we will start working on your plans. Either by taking your hand drawn plans or one of our plans and modifying them the way you want them! We will convert them into building plans and 3D walk through plans for you! Once your plans have been finalized we will start the selection process of picking out your cabinets, flooring, tile, lighting and etc. This deposit will be applied to your contracted amount! This deposit is used to buy and make edits to your plans, cover expenses on building your vision board. If you decide to go with someone else, the plans and selections sheets all belong to you as long as the deposit has been paid. 

Once you have purchased the land and finalized the floor plans, we will go under contract to start building your dream house! We will apply for the building permits and start ordering your material. Once we have your building permit we will starting building right away!

Your project is then handed over to our experienced project managers that ensure every project stays on track and within budget. You will still work with your salesman during the whole build to help navigate any changes that may arise. We handle all aspects of the project, so you can focus on your family and businesses 

Before you do your walk through we do our own quality control check list. Once this is completed we give you the opportunity to complete your own blue tape walk that you would like us to touch up. Once all parties have signed off and we have gotten the certificate of occupancy we will turn over the keys to your brand new house! We truly stand behind our 2 year builders warranty! Before we close out your new build, we schedule a 6 month walk through with you just in case there is anything we missed or you might have missed on our final walk through that you might have found while moving in and during the first 6 months living in your new house!
